I think the jetlag is over (and I really hope I'm not jinxing it). Jake went to bed at 7pm last night without a peep and I woke up up at 645am this morning. We had to go to daycare early today since my mom was driving and she needed to be at work.
Jake did great at daycare, he couldn't get away from me fast enough. He wanted to play with the toys! He didn't shed a tear, didn't look back, just went for the toys. Almost made me sad, lol! He wolfed down his lunch and fell asleep in the highchair. I'm glad that this is going to work out. We have to pack his lunch and snack...any ideas would be great! I'm sure I'll run out quickly.
Jake had a long long nap this afternoon. So long, that even though I woke him up at 3pm, he kept sleeping on my shoulder downstairs! It didn't affect his bedtime though, he was in bed at 7pm again.
I am DYING at the cuteness of the picture with Jake and his lunch box - all ready for school! I love him.
